GCCS uses Australia Post as its main carrier. We have made every effort to keep the shipping costs low and on par with if not the same as Australia Post. We are in no way affiliated with Australia Post and if items are beyond the boundaries of Australia Post guidelines, we ship via courier. Ie Too Large or Dangerous. Eg Performance Batteries

For a quick, easy and secure transaction over the internet, GCCS prefers Direct Deposit as the main form of payment.

Our bank account details will be supplied to you upon registering as a member and making a purchase.

As per our terms & conditions the following is required to shop at Gold Coast Car Sound.

• Payment in full is required before dispatch or collection.
• Any payment via credit card will require a photocopy of your current drivers licence front and back to be faxed to us on 07 55 921 108 or emailed to admin@goldcoastcarsound.com.au. 
• All funds are to be cleared before dispatch or collection. This includes Direct Deposit, Cheque, Bank Cheque or Money Order. Your order will be processed once all funds have been cleared.
• You have the option of in-store pickup. Time is required to transport to other stores when required.

The GCCS site uses secure encryption to send your data to our stores via the internet standard SSL.

Some facts about WARRANTY CLAIMS, that the others may not tell you…

Over 90% of warranty claim faults are found after testing, to be direct result of incorrect installation. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend you use a licensed installer who guarantee their work. If you decide otherwise, however, there are a few facts regarding Warranty Claims we feel you should be made aware of.

1. Any items purchased from Gold Coast Car Sound (here after GCCS), and not wanted, will be accepted back and a Credit Voucher will be given. This is provided the items have not been installed and are returned boxed in the condition they left the store. NO CASH Refunds are available. Once installed, electrical items become classified as second-hand goods and as such cannot be resold. Therefore there are no REFUNDS on installed items.

2. Electrical items found to be faulty after installation, are covered under the MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, which does not provide for on the spot replacement or refund. Manufacturers require, without exception, that the goods be return to them, with proof of purchase, for testing to ascertain the nature of the fault. If the fault is covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will repair the item at no charge. In rare cases the manufacturer may elect to replace rather than repair a faulty item, however this is at their discretion, and GCCS has no control over such decisions.

3. We regret that the manufacturers warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal or freight and insurance. Whether the goods are faulty or not, this is the purchaser’s responsibility.

4. If the fault with the unit is not covered by Warranty, the purchaser will be liable for all repair and freight costs to and from the Manufacturer. (If the fault was as a result of installation, the customer should claim these costs from the installer).

5. If the fault is covered by warranty, the unit will be repaired at no cost to the customer. Even once repaired, warranty claims cannot be refunded as the goods have been used and cannot be resold.

6. Every effort will be made to quickly dispatch the goods for repairs, but the time taken once the item is dispatched is subject to the Manufacturer. We apologise on behalf of the manufacturer should any delays occur, but stress that this is out of GCCS control.
