Gold Coast Car Sound shall only supply goods to you on the following terms and conditions unless we agree, in writing, to vary these terms and conditions:

1. Payment
1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch or collection.
1.2 Any payment via credit card will require a photocopy of your current drivers licence front and back to be faxed to us on 07 55 921 108 or emailed to admin@goldcoastcarsound.com.au.
1.3 All funds are to be cleared before dispatch or collection. This includes Direct Deposit, Cheque, Bank Cheque or Money Order. Your order will be processed once all funds have been cleared.

2. Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.
2.4 All prices are invoiced per item including GST.

3. Delivery and Handling
3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. You have the option of arranging for collection of the goods.
3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
3.4 We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.
3.5 Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed.

4. Clerical and Website errors
4.1 We reserve the right to correct any clerical or website errors.

6. Members
6.1 Members are required to provide their name and address details for when becoming a GCCS site members. Those who fail to provide correct details are liable to have orders rejected and accounts deleted.
