The Voce AV K5 component speakers, developed by Audison, was honored with the prestigious Eisa Award for "European In-Car Speaker System 2010-2011." These component speakers embody the culmination of Audison's advanced technologies and extensive research and development efforts, all dedicated to delivering an exceptional musical experience.

With a focus on achieving the utmost sound quality, these components were meticulously designed, leveraging the expertise of the entire R&D laboratory. The result is a harmonious synergy that excels in offering unparalleled performance in terms of wide frequency response, dynamic range, natural sound reproduction, and intricate detailing.

Tweeter

  • Tetolon ® dome, a combination of silk and cotton with proprietary damping treatment, provides low mass and resonance-free response up to ultrasonic frequencies.
  • CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminium Wire) voice coil wound on double layer, extremely lightweight and compact, resulting in a very high efficiency and a crisp, dynamic sound.
  • The annular geometry of the Rear Damping Chamber, together with the proprietary damping material, extends the frequency response to lower limits and reduces harmonic distortion.
  • High flux density Neodymium REN ® magnet, for very high efficiency and detailed sound.

Woofer

  • The profile of the aerodynamic basket’s spokes along with the “open-air” design ensure drastic reduction of back-wave reflections.
  • The exclusive Butyl rubber “Triple Wave” surround profile provides full linearity as well as reliable performance under extreme conditions.
  • Extremely lightweight and compact, the CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminium Wire) voice coils wound on double layer provide very high efficiency and neat, dynamic sound.
  • Cotton-fibre pressed paper cone with “Light Damping” treatment.
  • The Radial Venting System ensures high thermal capability, power handling and reliability.

Standard Shipping

We offer a $15 flat rate Australia-wide shipping service, no matter how many items, however large or heavy items may incur a higher freight charge. If your item is subject to additional freight charges, this will be communicated to you when your order is processed. You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional freight charges. If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of the order arriving. This is a requirement of our freight insurance and we are unable to lodge any claims after 24 hours from delivery.

Express Shipping

For express shipping, we offer a $30 flat rate Australia-wide shipping, however, larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher fee which will be communicated with you at the time of processing your order.

In-store pickup

Any order can be picked up in-store, located at 9 Strathaird road Bundall 4217, during our regular business hours for no freight or handling fees. We request 2-4 business to process the order but often will have it ready in less time. For security reasons, when picking up in-store you must present photo ID if you have paid online via credit card. The card holder must be the person picking up the order.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Unfortunately, GCCS are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for insurance reasons at this time, an alternate shipping option may be offered. Additional fees may be applicable.

International Addresses

GCCS do not ship internationally at this time.

Warranties, Returns and Refunds

All products sold by GCCS come with a minimum 12 month warranty as stipulated by Australian consumer law. If your product is defective please contact us to organise the return of the item. All products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and either repair or replacement. Manufacturers can take up to four weeks for goods to be repaired. All goods are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions for repair or replacement. Please contact us for further information. Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 20% re-stocking fee and freight costs. If the item has been opened, unpacked or used please advise us to discuss options. GCCS will pay freight charges on any orders returned if the order is the result of our error. Refunds are paid back to you by the same method of payment for that order. Refunds can take 48-72 hours after the item has been received by our store. To organise the return of an item, please contact us before sending the item to ensure prompt service.
