xULTRA-COMPACT, PASSIVE BASS ENCLOSURES
The pair of ISUB TWIN passive subwoofers drastically improves the impact of the bass in an in-car audio installation, specifically thanks to the double ferrite speaker drivers and heavy-duty, tough aluminium cone. The front grilles promote optimum sound dispersion throughout the cabin.
These ultra-compact subwoofers are quick and easy to install too, without any car modifications required. They slide comfortably underneath the seats* and are super easy to attach, with no tools required, using the self-adhesive strips provided. However, it is also very easy to screw them to the floor if you so wish.
COMPACT AND POWERFUL
When developing the ISUB TWIN, the Focal engineers focussed on compactness without compromising high-performance. Measuring only 3 1/8” (8cm) high, the subwoofers can be comfortably slid under a seat. They are therefore extremely easy to install, without taking up any space in the cabin or boot. As for performance, the speaker drivers have been specially designed for these subwoofers, delivering high-fidelity sound and incredible power handling.
RUNNING-IN PERIOD
In order to get the best of your ISUB TWIN speakers, a running-in period must be respected to ensure they are ready for this. We recommend that, once the system is ready for listening, the drive units should be run-in with medium volume setting, with music that has the full bandwidth of frequencies (sub-bass through treble). This running-in period should last for a few weeks, to gain the full potential. After which the excellent performance of your ISUB TWIN kit can be fully appreciated.

Shipping & Returns
xStandard Shipping
We offer a $15 flat rate Australia-wide shipping service, no matter how many items, however large or heavy items may incur a higher freight charge. If your item is subject to additional freight charges, this will be communicated to you when your order is processed. You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional freight charges. If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of the order arriving. This is a requirement of our freight insurance and we are unable to lodge any claims after 24 hours from delivery.
Express Shipping
For express shipping, we offer a $30 flat rate Australia-wide shipping, however, larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher fee which will be communicated with you at the time of processing your order.
In-store pickup
Any order can be picked up in-store, located at 9 Strathaird road Bundall 4217, during our regular business hours for no freight or handling fees. We request 2-4 business to process the order but often will have it ready in less time. For security reasons, when picking up in-store you must present photo ID if you have paid online via credit card. The card holder must be the person picking up the order.
P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Unfortunately, GCCS are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for insurance reasons at this time, an alternate shipping option may be offered. Additional fees may be applicable.
International Addresses
GCCS do not ship internationally at this time.
Warranties, Returns and Refunds
All products sold by GCCS come with a minimum 12 month warranty as stipulated by Australian consumer law. If your product is defective please contact us to organise the return of the item. All products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and either repair or replacement. Manufacturers can take up to four weeks for goods to be repaired. All goods are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions for repair or replacement. Please contact us for further information. Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 20% re-stocking fee and freight costs. If the item has been opened, unpacked or used please advise us to discuss options. GCCS will pay freight charges on any orders returned if the order is the result of our error. Refunds are paid back to you by the same method of payment for that order. Refunds can take 48-72 hours after the item has been received by our store. To organise the return of an item, please contact us before sending the item to ensure prompt service.
