Musway M16 16 Channel Amplifier with 24 Channel DSP

The MUSWAY M16 is a powerful 16-channel Class D amplifier featuring an integrated 24-channel DSP, designed to provide flexible, high-performance audio processing and amplification in modern vehicle sound systems. With MUSWAY’s Dynamic Headroom (DHR) technology, the M16 provides additional dynamic power reserves when different channels are not operating at full power simultaneously, helping deliver strong and controlled performance across the entire system.

The integrated DSP provides extensive tuning capabilities, including selectable crossover types, adjustable slopes, a 31-band parametric equalizer, phase control and precise time alignment. The M16 supports both high- and low-level inputs, includes eight DSP-processed RCA preamp outputs for additional amplification or powered subwoofers, and can be configured via USB using MUSWAY’s DSP software.

Standard Shipping

We offer a $15 flat rate Australia-wide shipping service, no matter how many items, however large or heavy items may incur a higher freight charge. If your item is subject to additional freight charges, this will be communicated to you when your order is processed. You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional freight charges. If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of the order arriving. This is a requirement of our freight insurance and we are unable to lodge any claims after 24 hours from delivery.

Express Shipping

For express shipping, we offer a $30 flat rate Australia-wide shipping, however, larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher fee which will be communicated with you at the time of processing your order.

In-store pickup

Any order can be picked up in-store, located at 9 Strathaird road Bundall 4217, during our regular business hours for no freight or handling fees. We request 2-4 business to process the order but often will have it ready in less time. For security reasons, when picking up in-store you must present photo ID if you have paid online via credit card. The card holder must be the person picking up the order.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Unfortunately, GCCS are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for insurance reasons at this time, an alternate shipping option may be offered. Additional fees may be applicable.

International Addresses

GCCS do not ship internationally at this time.

Warranties, Returns and Refunds

All products sold by GCCS come with a minimum 12 month warranty as stipulated by Australian consumer law. If your product is defective please contact us to organise the return of the item. All products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and either repair or replacement. Manufacturers can take up to four weeks for goods to be repaired. All goods are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions for repair or replacement. Please contact us for further information. Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 20% re-stocking fee and freight costs. If the item has been opened, unpacked or used please advise us to discuss options. GCCS will pay freight charges on any orders returned if the order is the result of our error. Refunds are paid back to you by the same method of payment for that order. Refunds can take 48-72 hours after the item has been received by our store. To organise the return of an item, please contact us before sending the item to ensure prompt service.
