Musway Tune12 Reference 12 Channel DSP

With the new 12-channel stand-alone DSP TUNE12, MUSWAY proves once again how good high-end audio can look like. The TUNE12 inspires with excellent features and inner values that are elementary in very complex devices. So three Burr-Brown converters PCM3168A were installed to optimize the channel separation and enables the multiple use of different sources. The centerpiece is the state-of-the-art DSP chip ADAU1452 from Analog Devices, which was fine-tuned by the MUSWAY engineers and leaves no audiophile wishes unfulfilled. In addition to the extremely high end sound the TUNE12 also convince by very low distortions and its lavish features: It not only has 12 fully processable outputs, but also AUX, S/PDIF and optical digital inputs as well as 6 low outputs and 8 high level inputs. The latter are equipped with the latest EPS® and process up to 24 V/RMS.

Standard Shipping

We offer a $15 flat rate Australia-wide shipping service, no matter how many items, however large or heavy items may incur a higher freight charge. If your item is subject to additional freight charges, this will be communicated to you when your order is processed. You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional freight charges. If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of the order arriving. This is a requirement of our freight insurance and we are unable to lodge any claims after 24 hours from delivery.

Express Shipping

For express shipping, we offer a $30 flat rate Australia-wide shipping, however, larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher fee which will be communicated with you at the time of processing your order.

In-store pickup

Any order can be picked up in-store, located at 9 Strathaird road Bundall 4217, during our regular business hours for no freight or handling fees. We request 2-4 business to process the order but often will have it ready in less time. For security reasons, when picking up in-store you must present photo ID if you have paid online via credit card. The card holder must be the person picking up the order.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Unfortunately, GCCS are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for insurance reasons at this time, an alternate shipping option may be offered. Additional fees may be applicable.

International Addresses

GCCS do not ship internationally at this time.

Warranties, Returns and Refunds

All products sold by GCCS come with a minimum 12 month warranty as stipulated by Australian consumer law. If your product is defective please contact us to organise the return of the item. All products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and either repair or replacement. Manufacturers can take up to four weeks for goods to be repaired. All goods are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions for repair or replacement. Please contact us for further information. Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 20% re-stocking fee and freight costs. If the item has been opened, unpacked or used please advise us to discuss options. GCCS will pay freight charges on any orders returned if the order is the result of our error. Refunds are paid back to you by the same method of payment for that order. Refunds can take 48-72 hours after the item has been received by our store. To organise the return of an item, please contact us before sending the item to ensure prompt service.
