My name is David, the founder of oBravo.
For me, music is something alive, a living organism with its own veins and heartbeats: it mobilises various aspects of sound, at times captivating, at times keeping people company when they laugh heartily, when they cry heartbrokenly, or keeping their unspoken secrets.
I especially like to let the melody of a song sink deep into my heart with all its highs and lows, at a silent night when you can actually hear a cat’s footsteps.
But at the same time, I was always wondering: why is there such a drastic difference of soundscape when we play the same CD with high-end speakers as opposed to with a pair of Earphone? Does it mean that such fine and clearly delineated music can only be achieved with high-end stereos? Are Earphones always doomed to be accessory?
And then I thought to myself: “If you cannot accept the situation, then try to change it.”

You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional freight charges. If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of the order arriving. For express shipping, we offer a $30 flat rate Australia-wide shipping, however, larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher fee which will be communicated with you at the time of processing your order.
Any order can be picked up in-store, located at 9 Strathaird road Bundall 4217, during our regular business hours for no freight or handling fees. We request 2-4 business to process the order but often will have it ready in less time. For security reasons, when picking up in-store you must present photo ID if you have paid online via credit card. The card holder must be the person picking up the order.
Unfortunately, GCCS are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for insurance reasons at this time, an alternate shipping option may be offered. Additional fees may be applicable.
GCCS do not ship internationally at this time.
All products sold by GCCS come with a minimum 12 month warranty as stipulated by Australian consumer law. If your product is defective please contact us to organise the return of the item. All products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and either repair or replacement. Manufacturers can take up to four weeks for goods to be repaired. All goods are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions for repair or replacement. Please contact us for further information. Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 20% re-stocking fee and freight costs. If the item has been opened, unpacked or used please advise us to discuss options. GCCS will pay freight charges on any orders returned if the order is the result of our error. Refunds are paid back to you by the same method of payment for that order. Refunds can take 48-72 hours after the item has been received by our store. To organise the return of an item, please contact us before sending the item to ensure prompt service.
