THINKWARE's newest flagship dash cam model U1000 captures true 4K UHD resolution at the front and 2K QHD resolution at the rear, making it one of the highest resolution 2 channel dash cams in the market! Supplied as a kit, the U1000-2CH-32GB (order code U4KD32) includes the front dash cam, rear cam, hard wire kit and 32GB Micro SD card.
Housed in a low profile and modern design, the U1000 brings to the table all of the premium features that THINKWARE's previous flagship dash cam models had on board. Its resolution has been reinforced with Video Enhancement Technology including Super Night Vision 2.0, so you won't miss a single detail be it day or night.
It is equipped with THINKWARE CONNECT, a cloud-based system with geo-fencing, vehicle locator and impact notifications for peace of mind. With energy efficiency as one of its stronger suits, U1000 has a variety of Advanced Park Mode options including Energy Save and Time Lapse, along with the traditional impact and motion detection options. The dash cam also includes built in GPS for embedded speed, time and location data; Advanced Driving Alert System (ADAS) including Lane Departure (LDWS), Forward Collision (FCWS), Urban Forward Collision (uFCWS) and Front Vehicle Departure (FVDW); Safety Camera Alerts for speed and red-light cameras; built-in Wi-Fi Connectivity to enable control and management via iOS or Android powered smartphone. U1000 supports up to 128GB Micro SD and features Format Free 2.0 Technology for extended life and reliability of the Micro SD Card.

Front and Rear Footage can not be viewed at the same time due to the large file size. Running both videos at once will cause the PC Viewer to continuously buffer. The files can only be viewed separately, and you can still view the rear footage on the main screen of the PC viewer. |

Shipping & Returns
xStandard Shipping
We offer a $15 flat rate Australia-wide shipping service, no matter how many items, however large or heavy items may incur a higher freight charge. If your item is subject to additional freight charges, this will be communicated to you when your order is processed. You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional freight charges. If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of the order arriving. This is a requirement of our freight insurance and we are unable to lodge any claims after 24 hours from delivery.
Express Shipping
For express shipping, we offer a $30 flat rate Australia-wide shipping, however, larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher fee which will be communicated with you at the time of processing your order.
In-store pickup
Any order can be picked up in-store, located at 9 Strathaird road Bundall 4217, during our regular business hours for no freight or handling fees. We request 2-4 business to process the order but often will have it ready in less time. For security reasons, when picking up in-store you must present photo ID if you have paid online via credit card. The card holder must be the person picking up the order.
P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Unfortunately, GCCS are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for insurance reasons at this time, an alternate shipping option may be offered. Additional fees may be applicable.
International Addresses
GCCS do not ship internationally at this time.
Warranties, Returns and Refunds
All products sold by GCCS come with a minimum 12 month warranty as stipulated by Australian consumer law. If your product is defective please contact us to organise the return of the item. All products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and either repair or replacement. Manufacturers can take up to four weeks for goods to be repaired. All goods are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions for repair or replacement. Please contact us for further information. Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less 20% re-stocking fee and freight costs. If the item has been opened, unpacked or used please advise us to discuss options. GCCS will pay freight charges on any orders returned if the order is the result of our error. Refunds are paid back to you by the same method of payment for that order. Refunds can take 48-72 hours after the item has been received by our store. To organise the return of an item, please contact us before sending the item to ensure prompt service.
